Sports Performance training

Evolve Nutrition & Fitness is San Diego's only training center for the "Fastest Game On Two Feet."  Athletes are required to maintain a high level of speed, strength and agility, as well as mental and physical toughness. At Evolve Nutrition & Fitnesswe prepare your young athletes for all areas of the game. We have partnered with Bridge Athletics to provide each individual athlete or team with a safe, non-intimidating and structure strength & conditioning program. This allows not only our staff, but the athletes and their parents, to track and follow their athletes stats. Our goal is not to just get you ready for the upcoming season but to take your game to the next level while providing an instructional and structured based program that will become the foundation of your lacrosse career. By providing athletes with the education and training on proper movement, nutrition choices, and recovery techniques, our athletes are better able to tackle any obstacle.
